      Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content from this Website for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of the Artist.

      Creative Works and Design

        All creative works and designs produced by the Artist—including but not limited to illustrations, paintings, digital artwork, graphic design, branding, and multimedia content—are and shall remain the sole intellectual property of the Artist, even after sale or delivery to the client. This applies to all past, present, and future works.

        Ownership of a physical or digital item does not grant the client any intellectual property rights, including the right to reproduce, distribute, or use the work for commercial purposes.

        To obtain full ownership or commercial use rights, the client must enter into a separate written agreement specifying either:

        A royalty arrangement, or

        A complete buyout of rights.

        Without such an agreement, all commercial and intellectual property rights remain with the Artist. The Artist reserves the right to use all works, including sold or licensed pieces, for portfolio, promotional, and archival purposes.

        Spiritual, Healing and Creative Disclaimer

        The content and services offered by Richard Stuttle are spiritual, creative and educational in nature. They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal or professional advice.

        You are responsible for your own wellbeing, decisions and actions. No guarantees or claims of outcomes are made.

        Participation in any workshop, retreat, session or online event is voluntary and undertaken at your own discretion.

        Products, Courses and Digital Content

          Digital products, downloads, recordings, and online courses are for personal use only. Sharing login details or materials with others is not permitted.

          Due to the nature of digital content, all digital purchases are non-refundable once access has been provided, unless required by UK law.

          Workshops, Retreats and In-Person Services

            Booking and Payment
            Bookings for workshops, retreats, mentoring, demonstrations, talks, private sessions and in-person events are subject to availability and confirmation. A deposit or full payment is required to secure your place. Payment deadlines must be met to retain your booking.

            Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of your booking without refund.

            Online Workshops and Zoom Events

            Live online workshops and Zoom events are delivered digitally. Access details and materials are provided before the event.
            Once access details or digital materials are issued, bookings are non-refundable unless required by UK law.

            Retreats, Courses and Multi-Day Events

            Retreats and multi-day events are booked for specific dates and locations and require advance planning and venue commitments.
            All retreat and multi-day event payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing or required by UK law.

            You may request to transfer your place to another participant, subject to written approval.

            In-Person Sessions and Private Work

            Bookings for private sessions, demonstrations, mentoring and talks are confirmed for specific dates and times.

            Cancellations by you are non-refundable unless agreed in writing or required by UK law. Rescheduling may be offered at Richard Stuttle’s discretion.
            Cancellations by Richard Stuttle

            Richard Stuttle reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, change format or change venue due to illness, unforeseen circumstances or insufficient bookings.

            If an event is cancelled by Richard Stuttle, you will be offered a transfer to a future event, a credit note, or a refund where required by law. No additional compensation will be payable.

            Travel and Accommodation

            You are responsible for arranging travel, accommodation, insurance and personal arrangements unless explicitly stated otherwise. Richard Stuttle is not liable for related costs.

            Participation and Responsibility

            Participation is voluntary. You are responsible for your own physical, emotional and mental wellbeing. Inform Richard Stuttle of any relevant health concerns prior to attending.

            Refund Policy

              Except as required by UK law, all payments for workshops, retreats, in-person services, digital products, online events and creative services are non-refundable.
              By booking, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

              Limitation of Liability

                Richard Stuttle shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of this website, services or events.
                Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

                  By participating in any service or event, you acknowledge that spiritual, creative and healing work can be deeply personal and transformative. You voluntarily assume any risks associated with participation.
