We live in a world that encourages us to become more productive, more visible and more successful. I have found that very little attention is given to becoming more ourselves. Many gifted artists, mediums, healers and wellbeing practitioners have extraordinary abilities but can struggle to communicate them in a meaningful way in their business.
A common question I get asked is, do you do this work fulltime? The answer is, yes. The next question is always, how? Because of this I built “The Art of Alignment”. This experience is a unique immersive opportunity which brings together personal authenticity, inspired creativity and professional realisation.
We offer an opportunity to reconnect with yourself, discover your natural gifts and learn how those gifts can find their place in today’s world with clarity, integrity and purpose.

You can choose from either a 2-day or 3-day experience depending on your space and what feels right for you.

Three-Day Experience
Includes an additional day dedicated to alignment, self-healing and overcoming limiting beliefs, together with a private one-to-one session with Richard.
The three-day experience begins with an exclusive Friday dedicated to deeper personal alignment, release and transformation. This additional day prepares you for the weekend by exploring the inner beliefs, fears and patterns that often prevent us from fully expressing our gifts.

Working with Richard
Richard believes that creativity is our natural state and authenticity is our greatest strength. His work combines inspired creativity, spiritual philosophy and practical guidance to help artists, mediums, and wellbeing practitioners discover who they are and to express themselves confidently within the modern world.
He creates an environment where insight emerges through experience. The goal of this experience is simple: To become more fully yourself and feel the authenticity in everything you do.

Structure for the experience
Friday – Alignment & Transformation (Included in the Three-Day Experience)
What happens when I publish my work? When you move to work publicly what often holds us back is not knowledge or talent but self-doubt, limiting beliefs and uncertainty, this creates a protective blockage within your system. During the day we will work to discover these blockages and create a sustainable working space for you to become aligned with yourself before becoming more visible.
The day provides space to slow down, reflect and reconnect with your authentic self before exploring creativity and professional expression.

Saturday – Personal Authenticity & Inspired Creativity
Who am I when I simply allow myself to be? Authenticity is the foundation of everything we create. Before we develop a business or build a public profile, we must first understand ourselves and our unique expression. Through intuitive art, symbolism and creative exploration, you will discover your natural way of expressing yourself and your offerings to the world.
The day provides space to dive into your creativity and find what feels right for you as your creative expression materialises in this world.

Sunday – Your Authentic Business & Modern Practice
How do I bring my authentic gifts into the modern world? Your brand is not your logo or a statement. It is the experience people have when they find you and your work. The day includes insights and exercises exploring how your authentic voice naturally becomes part of how you showcase your work to the world. Rather than asking, “How do I market myself?” we begin asking, “How do I communicate my work with integrity?”
The day provides space to refine your offerings, opportunities to share and gain feedback from the group to find your natural voice.
