Join Brea Segger and Richard Stuttle for a week of personal transformation, deep energetic refinement, and intuitive reconnection in the peaceful Surrey Hills at the Harry Edwards Foundation and Healing Sanctuary. Surrounded by nature and nourished by seasonal, wholesome meals, this retreat invites you to slow down, realign, and return to yourself.

Throughout the week, you’ll engage in guided practices, group sessions, and somatic experiences designed to support energetic balance and deepen your awareness of your own inner system. You’ll explore how your energy influences your emotional, physical, and mental states — and how to refine and work with it to live in greater alignment and clarity.

Art and creativity will be central to the journey — not as something to perfect, but as a powerful tool for self-expression and insight. Whether through painting, writing, or intuitive mark-making, you’ll explore what’s beneath the surface and access new layers of awareness.

This two-day workshop is limited to 8 people, creating a focused and supportive space for those who wish to connect and cultivate a deep state of personal alignment, with an emphasis on self-development and authenticity.

Together we’ll use art to explore the power of conscious creativity and energetic awareness, guiding us back to our most authentic expression. This weekend offers the opportunity to release what no longer resonates, clear energetic patterns, and create space for your true self to step forward with greater confidence in both life and work.

We will work individually and within the group energy to hold space for release and transformation, supporting each person in their own unique journey of self-realisation, work-life evolution and personal alignment.

Is this workshop right for you? You would like to understand more about colour and creativity and would like to bring art into your spiritual work. You would like to learn the basics of how to a draw face and connect with loved ones and spirit guides from the spirit world.

You don’t have to be an artist to benefit from this workshop, open to mixed ability students. Whether you are just starting on your spiritual unfoldment, or you are a working medium and would like to introduce art and creativity to your spiritual work this workshop might offer something for you.

Please note: Art materials will be provided but you are welcome to bring your own. You will need to bring your own lunch and refreshments.
