This four-hour immersion offers a practical, evidence-informed approach to emotional healing through creative movement and visual expression. Richard introduces techniques that integrate colour, feeling and creativity to access deeper focus and emotional clarity. The workshop encourages self-reflection and remains rooted in accessible tools anyone can continue to use as part of their daily practice.
